WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE POSSIBLE?
You can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You can select your preferred payment method during the ordering process.
TO WHICH COUNTRIES CAN ORDERS BE DELIVERED?
Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, France, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Italy and Greece.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
Standard shipping: Since we are a small startup and there are two of us running the store, your order may take 7-10 days.
Express shipping: With this shipping method, orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
For this to happen, the goods must be in perfect, unworn and undamaged original condition including hangtags and labels. If the goods are returned with stains or other damage, we unfortunately cannot accept the goods back and will send them back to you. The shipping costs paid will not be refunded, but you will have to pay them yourself even if you return the goods. If a free shipping limit is not met after the cancellation, the shipping costs will be charged subsequently.
HOW LONG CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
After accepting the goods, you can return the items within 14 days. You can find out how to request a return on our returns portal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods yourself.
